Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of working with directors and executive directors on six continents in global corporations, international NGOs and non-profits, helping them and their teams overcome challenges and thrive. I love being in it with them: witnessing their struggles; supporting their insights; encouraging them through the muddy, messy times; and celebrating their victories, large and small.

As co-chair for the Leadership Circle global community, I benefit from the experience and insight of an incredible community of global colleagues, and contribute to our shared learning and development. As the team coach for Leadership Vancouver Island, I’m part of a talented and passionate group of professionals closer to home who create a potent learning environment for local leaders.
