Each team engagement follows a simple pattern, tailored to your needs.

  • Chemistry: Before we start, let’s first assess the fit between what your team needs and what I have to offer. If a different intervention or coach would serve you better, I can provide recommendations.
  • Contracting: If we decide to proceed, we’ll define the objectives for this engagement, agree on roles and responsibilities, and set the foundation.
  • Discovery: What do we need to know and how will we collect that information? If needed, we could use a team assessment, interviews, or other forms of research to gain more clarity.
  • Coaching: At the heart of our engagement will be inquiries, exercises, and experiments informed by what we’re discovering and tailored to the team’s needs and objectives.
  • Review: To close, we’ll assess where the team is now, and what’s next.
